Jess and I arrived at our hotel in Portland at 3 this morning. We were supposed to be here twelve hours earlier. There’s a long, drawn-out saga involved here, which I’m not getting into right now. All I’ll say before I head out the door is that United Airlines sucks. Big time. For sixteen straight hours every employee of that airline either refused to help, or lied to us in order to make us go away.
Every one of them.
Maybe after a good breakfast, I’ll stop wishing awful fates on all of them.
